[CI] unregistering cluster services.

Hi,

Enhancing CI documentation at

http://ci-linux.sourceforge.net/enhancing.shtml discuss about different
API's for registering new cluster services. How do i unregister those
services.( If i want to implement those services in the form of kernel
modules )

I'm not sure the unregistering part has been implemented. There's
probably still work to be done before CI/SSI components can be built as
modules.
