Migrate and rfork now work under UML. As a part of that, I have changed
the UML patch we use to 2.4.18-22. Apply this patch to a 2.4.16 kernel.
(Makefile will reject; everything else applies with very little fuzz.)
This change is incompatible with the previously released SSI UML rootfs.
Brian is working on an updated rootfs and initrd. You will also need to
update your UML tools to the latest version (or so) on your host.
Brian is doing some final checks on the rootfs and should begin pushing
it to sourcefource soon.
