The problem with moving files this way is that we lose history. IMHO,
it's better to request that SourceForge copy (not move) the RCS files
from the cmd/ directory to the ssi/ directory. You can do that through
this URL:
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id=1&atid=200001
Once they do that, I'll remove the 'dead' status of the copies in the
ssi/ directory. You can try doing it yourself using the 'cvs admin -o'
command, but it might require administrator access.
